the room was very clean, and i thought the cleaners did an excellent job. one lady, apparently from nepal, stood out for her kindness (she even made our bed!). the breakfast had really good coffee, which i especially liked.

the pools seemed crowded. i noticed many people, even though it wasn't peak season. also, the beach was often full (a bit disappointing, really).

Cynthia and sailyn from cuba added a special touch. Their service was really good. the hotel rooms were very clean with comfortable beds.. i liked that the breakfast offered a great variety of food. mohamed and vlad at reception provided superb assistance with all my needs.

the hotel had a lovely pool on the first level, with many seats and loungers for relaxation. there was a rooftop pool also, though it was unfortunately closed for use . the area seemed to be well-kept.

breakfast included great variety of food selections, meeting a range of tastes. the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. dinner buffet was also available, providing more choices and easy access to different cuisines.

Staff members like mohamed and vlad at reception were helpful. the floor housekeeping supervisors, padam and janardan, gave excellent service. ms maya and sukurhan at the reception were also very accommodating. Their help was greatly appreciated.

i liked that the hotel location is on the palm. the rooms was spacious and clean. the staff at the reception was helpful.

the pool area seemed to get overcrowded. the beach get very busy especially during the afternoons. the restaurants are expensive compared to the quality of food.
